DCLG have now released version 7.0 of the RdSAP conventions. These should be used from 1st December 2014 and we will audit EPCs against these conventions from 1st December 2014. We have just received confirmation from DECC and DCLG that the 2014 update to RDSAP, Green Deal and ECO is being put back by 5 weeks.

This means that NES will now be releasing updated versions of EPC Online (our EPC writer on NES one), NES Touch, Green Deal Online and ECO Online on 8th December 2014.

The wait is finally over for our new learners embarking on the Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation. Yesterday’s Induction Day was an all round success with learners leaving the day with a sound understanding of what is expected of them over the coming months.

In July of this year, we held our first SAVA School of Surveying Open Day giving details of the new Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation and providing attendees with the chance to pose their questions and concerns to key industry leaders.

Many of those who attended this open day have since gone on to enrol on the September intake and are preparing for their first day of training.
