NHER Plan Assessor v4.5 released
Today we released the latest version of our NHER Plan Assessor software.
Plan Assessor is our Government-authorised software designed for assessing the energy efficiency of newbuild homes 'off plan', ie. before completion. It covers all parts of the UK. Read more about Plan Assessor's capabilities.

What's new in Plan Assessor v4.5
NHER Plan Assessor v4.5 now includes an Approved Code for Sustainable Homes report for assessing Ene 1, Ene 2 and Ene 7. No need to produce multiple SAP worksheets for Code evidence - the new report is accredited by BRE and is all you need to show that the dwelling has obtained credits for these issues in Category 1.

Plan Assessor v4.5 also offers the added functionality of issuing EPCs/Building Regulations approval documentation for more than one dwelling with the new Batch Management System.

NHER Plan Assessor v4.5 also offers the ability to export key results from the database to Excel, such as SAP, total CO2 or CSH outputs. This facility allows you to analyse key results across a whole development.
