NES Knowledgebase for NHER Members

At NES we are dedicated to improving the services we offer to our members, and this includes improvements to the NES Knowledgebase. This facility sits within our online support website and provides articles to help you in your role as an energy assessor.

There are currently over 150 articles covering answers to common questions to our technical support line, common mistakes leading to audit fails, clarifications of DCLG conventions, new technologies, guidance on using NES software, and technical issues. We have also included links to the latest DCLG Conventions, so you can access these directly from the NES Knowledgebase.

You can find articles either by using the ‘Search’ option or by browsing through categories. Articles are organised into categories and sub-categories to keep relevant content together, and the Recent Articles category shows you articles updated or added most recently. You can also ask our support team a question directly from the site if you did not find an answer.

If you are a member of the NHER Accreditation Scheme but have not logged in to this website before, please visit the Knowledgebase and click on ‘Register’ on the right-hand side. Select the option “I have lost my password / I do not have a password”. Enter your email address and you will receive a temporary password. We will then just need to verify your account so please bear with us during the final set up. We aim to finish setting up your support account within 2 business days.

The username and password to read the Knowledgebase on the support site is separate to your NES one login; however, you can use the same email address and password. If you are an NES customer but are not a member of the NHER Accreditation Scheme, or if your email address was not found in the steps above, then please click “I am a new user”. The online form collects your details and sends these to us to be verified.

To help keep you up-to-date, we will also email you regarding articles recently added to the Knowledgebase. By using this online facility you can also be reassured that the information you are searching for is the latest information available. Click here to visit the Knowledgebase
