NES Customer Support Achieves Great Results!

The results are in for our latest customer satisfaction survey and we can reveal that, out of the 130 respondents, not a single customer was dissatisfied with the service they received from our Customer Support Team – and we think this deserves a special mention!

At NES, we carry out regular customer satisfaction surveys to gauge the performance across our customer support helpdesk. The feedback received is then used to drive improvements and help us to ensure we are offering the best possible service. We are pleased to report that 100% of those who completed our most recent customer survey were either extremely satisfied, satisfied, or neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with their customer support experience.

This great news comes just weeks after the Membership and Technical Support teams were merged to form the new Customer Support Team – a team equipped with the knowledge to help you with all aspects of your membership – software, auditing and conventions queries included. 

We have worked hard to minimise any disruption and maintain a high quality service during this merger and are pleased to see that the results of our survey reflect this. 

We would like to thank all who took the time to respond to the customer survey – your feedback is invaluable and goes a long way to ensuring the efficiency of our support service. In addition, we would also like to thank the Customer Support Team for upholding the high standards of NES and doing such a great job.
