Could your business be entitled to skills funding for one of our courses?

We recently published an article explaining how we have been approved as a training provider for the LEP Skills Service. This Skills Service covers the Leeds City Region and offers businesses in that area the opportunity to apply for funding towards professional development of up to 50% of course fees.

Our previous email explained this funding in terms of the Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation; however, we are happy to bring you news that this funding extends to all courses run by National Energy Services. Funding is allocated at the discretion of the LEP Skills Service but could go a long way towards up-skilling your staff.

If you operate a small to medium sized business in the energy or surveying industry, we have courses that might interest you. Train your staff in domestic energy assessment, new build energy assessment or residential surveying and begin adding new services to your offering. Funding is available for courses exceeding £1000 and is available until March 2017, so now might be the time to think about your options.

The LEP Skills Service helps businesses to identify their skills needs based on their business growth objectives and then find the right training solution. Small and medium sized businesses based in the Leeds City Region that have a budget to put towards training could be eligible for funding between £500 and £50,000. The LEP covers Leeds and its surrounding districts such as Harrogate, Selby and Kirklees to name a few.
