Commercial EPC Compliance Drops Again

In May we investigated 828 properties in Cambridgeshire, Somerset and Warrington that have been on the market for more than and are larger than 50 sqm. May's investigation produced an overall compliance figure of just 39%, compared to 45% for April and 48% for March.
The challenge of informing prospective buyers and tenants about the energy performance of the building is still proving to be difficult. By publishing our findings, we hope we will raise awareness of the EPC requirement and increase compliance rates.
