DECC Green Deal blog article

Brian Scannell, MD of NES Ltd, has written a blog post for the DECC website about the Green Deal.  Brian, who is  currently chair of the DECC Ministerial advisory forum on Green Deal Advisors Qualification & Accreditation has been working closely with DECC on the development of the framework to deliver a robust mechanism to deliver the Green Deal.

Forthcoming changes to RDSAP 9.91 and the mandatory DEA top up qualification

In April 2012 the current version of RDSAP will be superseded by RDSAP 9.91.  DCLG has said that all energy assessors completing RDSAP EPCs in England and Wales will need to complete a mandatory top up exam should they wish to keep lodging post 1 April 2012.
