About our service

If you phone the Technical Support Helpdesk, we can often address concerns immediately. In the event that a query comes in by email or our Technical Support Website, or if  further research is needed, we will aim to offer a solution to your query within 48 hours. If an enquiry is taking longer than expected to investigate and it looks unlikely that it will be resolved within 48 hours, we will inform you of the anticipated time to resolution.
