What's new in Plan Assessor v4.5

  • Approved Code for Sustainable Homes report for assessing Ene 1, Ene 2 and Ene 7. No need to produce multiple SAP worksheets for Code evidence - the new report is accredited by BRE and is all you need to show that the dwelling has obtained credits for these issues in Category 1.   • Issue EPCs/Building Regulations approval documentation for more than one dwelling with the new Batch Management System.
  • Export key results from the database to Excel, such as SAP, total CO2 or CSH outputs. This facility allows you to analyse key results across a whole development.

Lisa McNeil is a senior consultant in our technical development team, and plays a key role in the ongoing development of NHER Plan Assessor software.

Technical requirements

NHER Plan Assessor software has been specifically designed and tested for use with:

  • Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 with the latest Service Packs - 32-bit or 64-bit versions
  • Mimum 50MB available hard disk space
  • An active internet connection during the installation process (for installing the required supporting software, such as .NET framework 3.5) and for generating EPCs
  • A resolution of at least 1024x768
