NHER Plan Assessor 5.3 - for SAP 2009/Building Regulations 2010
- BRE approved for all SAP 2009 based outputs and Energy Performance Certificates

- CSH outputs available on the NHER Code Report
- Building Regulations submissions for all UK regions
- Import and Export of records to and from database in XML format
- Import of XMLs exported from Plan Assessor 4.5 – this can be used to issue SAP 2009 EPCs for dwellings assessed against Building Regulations 2006
