Brian joined National Energy Services in 1997, and has managed the development of business since then, including the acquisition of SAVA in 2003.

Austin Baggett, deputy managing director
Austin is responsible for strategic development.
He joined NES in 2001 and has previously been responsible for sales, marketing, consultancy and technical development.
He is a chartered engineer and has worked in the energy efficiency sector for 19 years.

Tracy Ayers, schemes manager
Tracy is responsible for the operation of the NHER accreditation scheme, including its day to day activities of registration, compliance and technical support activities as well as the development of the NES one system.

Andrew Spencer, key account manager
Since joining NES in 2003, Andrew has worked throughout the business in roles such as software development and establishing the SAVA certification scheme.
He is currently responsible for key account management.

Dyfrig Hughes, technical manager
Dyfrig specialises in technical development in the domestic sector.
He manages the technical team responsible for SAP and RDSAP software products and leads on NES’ consultancy activities.

Hilary Grayson, head of training and assessment
Hilary joined NES upon its acquisition of SAVA in 2003 and is responsible for training and assessment activities.
Hilary is NES’ lead consultant on the services that we provide our Home Inspector members.
