HCS Masterclass 1
One day practical training in a small group Ideal as a ‘refresher’ and ‘confidence builder’ for a newly qualified surveyor as well as for someone who carries out surveys regularly and wants re-assurance that they are doing the job correctly.
Suitable for
All trainee and qualified Home Inspectors and residential surveyors.
The day will focus on inspection techniques and recording methods and will include an inspection of a property. The afternoon will concentrate on producing the report, followed by a full discussion on all aspects of the report, including applying condition ratings.
These all day events are designed for experienced residential surveyors who carry out or want to carry out condition reports for home buyers and sellers, newly qualified and trainee Home Inspectors. All surveyors are welcome but the emphasis will be on the condition reporting.
You will carry out a real inspection on a real property. The feedback we have received from similar events is that the opportunity to discuss the issues with other surveyors is invaluable – everybody has something to share for the benefit of all.
