A Home Condition Survey is a survey and report designed specifically for the homebuyer rather than for inclusion in a Home Information Pack.

It has standard terms of engagement and a standard format. Unlike the Home Condition Report it will not be lodged on the Government’s central register and, whilst not subject to any Government regulation, is supported by our high QA standards.

The Home Condition Survey software is available via NES one (our online software portal) to all Home Inspectors who are part of the quality assured HCS scheme, giving maximum reassurance and benefits to consumers.

The HCS scheme is open free of charge to all Home Inspectors who are members of the SAVA Scheme.
