Sava and residential surveying

  • Sava’s involvement with residential surveying began in 1999 as an accreditation scheme for Residential Chartered Surveyors offering the Homebuyer Survey and Valuation report.
  • Sava created the Home Condition Survey (HCS) in 2010. The HCS is a report for homebuyers who want an independent survey of a property before they buy.
  • In 2014 we launched the Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation to address this residential surveying skills shortage and offer a new way into the profession.
